Project enquiries

Information you provide is used only to understand your enquiry, respond to you and, where appropriate, prepare or deliver consultancy services. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

What may be collected

This can include your name, contact details, project location, plans and the technical or commercial information you choose to provide.

Website measurement

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find this website, which pages they view and whether an enquiry is successfully submitted. Google receives usage and device information and a cookie identifier; this is not fully anonymous data. We do not send your name, email, phone number, project details or message to Google Analytics, and advertising personalisation is disabled. Analytics is optional: rejecting it does not affect your enquiry or access to the website. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Analytics cookies are set for up to six months. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, professional obligations or an agreed project. It is shared only where you authorise it, where delivery of the work requires it, or where there is a legal obligation.

Monitoring evidence

Public portfolio evidence is aggregated and anonymised. Client names, addresses, installation identifiers and raw monitoring records are not published.
